Vorstrom design and manufacture Australian-made vacuum trucks and tankers — around 30 models across eight product categories, each with its own airflow rating, tank capacity, and configuration. The core challenge wasn't visual; it was making a large, technically dense product catalogue navigable by someone who knows exactly which CFM they need and someone who doesn't, on the same page. Built in WordPress using LiveCanvas — clean, semantic markup with no page-builder bloat. I handled the front-end build: a mega menu that surfaces all thirty-odd models grouped by category with specs inline, individual product templates, service and capability sections, a full-bleed video hero, Lottie animation integration, logo marquees for chassis suppliers and clients, and a categorised FAQ accordion covering everything from build times to pump selection. The main custom piece is the quote system, built on Contact Form 7: a category-grouped model selector that lets an enquirer choose a specific unit — or "any" within a category — so the sales team receives a qualified enquiry instead of a blank message that starts a week of emails.
